UP Global Sourcing UK & Jigsaw Homes Launch New ATS System
UP Global Sourcing UK and Jigsaw Homes have recently launched new ATS systems, with help from end-to-end recruitment specialists, Recruitive, to improve time to hire and efficiency across the organisation.
Ultimate Products has been bringing branded kitchen and laundry products to the market since 1997. They design, develop and distribute innovative products across their key brands, including household names Salter and Beldray.
UP Global Sourcing hadn’t previously had an active applicant tracking system in place, resulting in a rise in administration work while recruiting new staff. Recruitive provided them with a budget-friendly solution that considered all their requirements. Following online meetings and demos, they signed up on the 31st of March 2022.
Some features and functions include; core ATS functionality, careers page, candidate data, recruitment agency portal, interview scheduling, Google integration, eSignature integration, equality/diversity module and custom alerts.
Sales and Marketing Manager, Steven Day: Ultimate Products had a very manual recruitment process and sourced candidates via Indeed and also often used LinkedIn and Facebook. It was a very manual and disjointed process. They went to market and looked at various solutions in January 2022, with the intention of implementing a new system as quickly as possible. We were able to demonstrate how efficient our recruitment software was to them and we were also able to implement the system soon.
Jigsaw Homes Group is one of the largest housing groups in England with more than 35,000 homes across the North West and East Midlands. They employ a diverse and vibrant workforce of over 1400 employees in various areas across the North West including Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancaster, Lancashire, Ashton Under Lyne, Miles Platting, Wigan, Leigh, Oldham, Dukinfield plus many more along with offices in Gedling, Nottinghamshire.
Jigsaw Homes were referred to Recruitive by a partner, TribePost. With no previous ATS in place, Jigsaw Homes needed a fresh, intuitive applicant tracking system that supported the recruitment team and reduce the time/cost to hire.
Recruitive has implemented the following services and modules; careers website, candidate and hiring manager data, hiring manager portal, multi-branding module, shortlisting, Google integration, interview and assessment day scheduling, custom alerts, enhanced onboarding module, eSignature integration and equality/diversity module.
Sales and Marketing Manager, Steven Day: We were first introduced to Jigsaw Homes by one of our recruitment agency clients back in September 2020. Jigsaw Homes had been offered a recruitment advertising and recruitment software package by a competitor of theirs and asked us to get involved. Jigsaw Homes had a very specific set of requirements, and at the time of contacting us, had a complicated, paper based process. Their brand was very important to them and they particularly liked our careers website design offering. Other features interested them greatly, including Equality & Diversity functionality and Health Assessments. We are pleased that after a very complex implementation, their careers website and ATS is now fully launched and helping them recruit better.
