We’re delighted to announce the official launch of our newest jobs board build, Ethical Jobseeker!
We think it’s safe to say that the recruitment industry needs some positivity right now and this Jobs Board strives to do just that.
The site aims to inform and inspire job seekers searching for a career that fits with their values, to find somewhere where they can apply their skills to make a difference.
Approaching us earlier this year, Sam McKee, a seasoned recruitment professional, requested a new jobs board system with an ATS.
Our solution was to build a site with an inbuilt approval system so that only job roles or employers that have the intention to create a positive impact, whether that’s environmental, social or cultural are posted on the site.
The employer directory allows ethical clients to really showcase their operation and profiles, and filtered keyword job search makes it easy to find the perfect match for both parties.
And with the control in the hands of the job seeker, this board allows candidates to create a profile showcasing their personal statement, top skills and what they’d like in a role, to help ensure only the right opportunities arise.
Candidates also have the option to sign up for job alerts and make this profile visible or private, using it as a way to store their CV and cover letters to apply to future jobs more efficiently.
And to do their bit, Ethical Jobseeker will not only reinvest part of their profits into the business, community or charitable projects but have also purchased a dedicated Corporate Grove run by Trees For Life, pledging to plant one new tree for every job post* and ten trees for every profile purchased.
Following on from the launch, we will continue to support Ethical Jobseeker with content, marketing and SEO to ensure that their newly built website can be found!
