Hartford Care Launches New ATS System And Careers Website
Hartford Care recently launches a new applicant tracking system and careers website with help from end-to-end recruitment specialists, Recruitive, to help job seekers find quality employment opportunities.
Hartford Care has provided residential, dementia and nursing care since 2003. Renowned for being a consistent and high-quality care provider, with an emphasis on care, comfort, and companionship.
They are committed to ensuring they recruit the right people with the right skills and values to work in their family so that, regardless of their role, the highest standards of care and support are provided to those who live with them.
Hartford Care approached Recruitive in June of 2021 with an interest in reviewing their ATS and onboarding solutions. With 19 care homes, approximately 750 residents, and also providing home care services their team was looking for a powerful yet intuitive system that catered for their needs.
With no previous ATS or HR system, they were reliant on Indeed and LinkedIn for job advertising. Wanting to automate their processes they wanted a “best of breed solution” including onboarding tools that ensured a positive candidate experience.
Following several demonstrations and meetings, an order was placed in July for Recruitive’s full, end-to-end ATS system and careers website design. With dynamic modules including Microsoft Teams and Zoom integration, video interviewing integration with Shortlister, Docusign integration for employment contract processing, recruitment events, Google jobs and advanced onboarding functionality their system hosts a complete range of recruitment technology.
