Racestaff Launches New Jobs Board System
Motorsport recruitment specialists, Racestaff, have recently launched their new re-design and upgraded jobs board system with support from recruitment solution and software specialists, Recruitive.
RaceStaff has helped recruit motorsport specialists for some of the top teams and manufacturers in the world. Their relationships span a global network of race teams and related companies and a candidate database of more than 30,000. From Formula 1 to Formula E, WEC to WRC and everything in between, over the last 11 years they’ve helped create winning teams with over 55,000 candidate applications.
The team at Racestaff has used Recruitive’s jobs board system for over 7 years and have developed a very successful and niche service. They have several unique and bespoke features and functions, which had made their jobs board the only similar service in the sector. As technology changes and with additional functionality being developed, it was decided that this was an ideal time to re-design and upgrade to Recruitive’s new responsive jobs board system.
Recruitive’s job boards are designed to allow for both job seekers and employers to use the website independently, without the involvement of the website owner/manager. Job seekers can freely search for jobs, register with the website, and apply online. Employers or recruiters can register and use some of the functions of the website either freely or by paying for the services via e-commerce or traditional forms of payment.
The jobs board owner/manager will spend their time promoting the services of the jobs board via search engines, social media, or other outlets. They will also be responsible for managing their client’s expectations and creating advertising and sponsorship revenue via the jobs board.
