Red Dot Recruitment was already a client of ours that utilised our multi-job posting software, Job Mate.
But, with the need for a new website and an updated management system meant that it was a natural progression for Red Dot Recruitment to pursue our Recruitive Lite Applicant Tracking System.
We could offer full integration of both the Job Mate Multi Job Posting Tool which they were already using and their new recruitment website within.
This packaged solution enabled the whole management process to be completely seamless.
It includes all of our standard Recruitive Lite Features and Functions, with CV Formatting, CSV Data import, Interview Scheduling, Drag and Drop CV Parsing, Diversity and Equality, Cloud Call Integration, and Enhanced Onboarding with Multiple User Access.
They also had bespoke features including an enhancement to the Diversity Report Filter, Multiple Progress Status Options and Outlook Email Integration where emails received to Outlook are also sent to the Applicant Tracking System and uploaded against the candidate’s record.
The website we also delivered them seamlessly integrates with the system. It is GDPR compliant, secure and mobile optimised.
