This is a project Recruitive is particularly proud to be a part of.

Having first designed their award-winning UK site last year, its success meant that they approached us again this year to build them another site dedicated solely to the US!

Ex-Military Careers now has a growing community of over 50,000 registered candidates and over 700 registered organisations, a community which started when they first launched via social media back in 2010.

This Careers and Community hub began when the founder, James Lawrence, an ex-forces man himself saw the particular need for this support network, so then followed his initial website launch in 2014.

Now, this social enterprise organisation has since gone on to help thousands of veterans in their resettlement from supporting them in their new mission to find employment, a training programme or financial advice.

Because this project needed to hold continuity with their original site, the US site was made as a copy of the UK with complete new URLs, metadata and content to avoid duplication, with jobs imported directly from JobG8.

It has all of the capabilities of their original site including a smart jobs search function with filtered and keyword search, CV upload capabilities and a job alert function.

And of course, like all of our websites, this jobs board is also secure, GDPR compliant and fully responsive.

With this jobs board being built with the very latest recruitment technology, it ensures it provides only the best possible service to candidates and partnered employers who appreciate veterans for the assets that they are.

And not only has Ex-MilitaryCareers.com assisted in the hiring of top ex-military talent, but they have also been a part of many projects in consultancy, sustainability, social enterprise, mentorship, & CSR.
